Tcpdf Table - Page braking cells too long

Description
When a page-break occurs sometimes the last cells are going over the page-break limit.
The issue comes from
- @param $ignore_min_height (boolean) if true ignore automatic minimum height value. parameter of the ::Cell function in tcpdf.
